Efficient synthesis of synthetic peptides containing beta-aminocarbonyls

Description:

Beta-aminocarbonyls are found in several major drugs and are increasingly important in synthetic peptides. This method reduces the cost of synthesizing beta-aminocarbonyl structures by reducing the number of steps in the synthesis, and using low cost starting reagents. It can also be easily scaled from the bench to the manufacturing process.
