Non-invasive 3D Imaging using CARS

Description:

Coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) is a powerful imaging technique that can be used for three dimensional imaging of molecules in live cells and tissue in a dynamic and non-invasive manner. It exhibits a 3D sectioning capability, high sensitivity, and high chemical specificity, which enables advanced studies of blood samples and other tissues at the molecular level. The current technology enables a lower cost, more robust system that typically seen with competitive systems.
